Refund and Returns Policy

We are not accepting any returns due to the current COVID 19 pandemic situations till further
notification…We apologize if there is an issues with our product and it can’t be resolved due to the
above stated reason.

Under normal circumstances, if you wish to return an item, please ship the package to the following address:

In order to maintain fairness and being just towards our rural artisans most of our products are not eligible
for return. Each of our products is unique and may vary slightly from the pictures in catalogue. There might
also be a slight difference in the form & color of the products as they are all hand crafted & hand painted and
thus may appear to be a bit different from the pictures as shown in this website.

Still, if you feel that you are not satisfied with our services or products [in case of damaged or defective
products], please do write to us at info@craftnpaint.com with your comments and pictures if any within 2
days from the date of delivery. We will solve your issues to be the best.

For damaged and defective products, please share the video while opening the box, showing all 6 sides of the
package when sealed and images along with the shipping label and send us at info@craftnpaint.com. Our
support team will get back to you at the earliest.
